phi meson production in d-Au collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 200 GeV The study of the phi meson production in relativistic heavy ion collisions is important in order to look for possible medium induced effects on vector meson properties and strangeness production. The preliminary results from the PHENIX experiment at RHIC on phi meson production in K+K- and e+e- decay channel in d+Au collisions at sqrt(s_NN) = 200 GeV will be presented. A comparative study with Au + Au data at RHIC will be discussed.
